Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for expedited shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at s-w-ward@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
